The financing of public social institutions is centrally limited, so in most cases these entities can only meet the basic needs of the beneficiaries of these centers. Association ELFI mobilizes financial resources to (complementary) support the needs of these groups.

Integrating disadvantaged children and young adults in the society so they can live an active life, can be an active member of their community.
