Ilina (Ina) has experience as a teacher of children and youth, and as organizer of events. Believes that learning through the principles of informal learning develops not just knowledge but also important skills and attitudes. She works in the sphere of the non-governmental sector, sustainable development and the shared value between business and civil society.

Alexandra (Alex) is a trainer and expert in the field of education and learning trought experience. Her long- standing work in the non-governmental sector is a key factor in her life.

Zona21: is a space for children, young people and adults, where they can develop skills of the 21st century -these are the skills we all need today -effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, digital skills, and so on, to be more successful and more satisfied with what we do.

SOCIAL IMPACT

Many young people nowadays do not have the skills of the 21st century. These are the skills that can help them to succeed.
This skills gap is already recognized by both -young people and employers.
Social entrepreneurship is for Ina and Alex the form they can help and invest in the community.
