It`s no secret that women have historically faced greater barriers than men when it comes to fully participating in the economy. These disparities between men and women are shown in the form of pay gaps, uneven opportunities for career advancement and unbalanced representation in important decision making.

The value of gender diversity in business is widely acknowledged. Women bring, different perspectives and approaches to business, resulting in a more inclusive workplace and often better performance for the company.

It is extremely important to have women in leadership positions. Having female leaders in positions of influence to serve as role models is not only critical to the career advancement of women, but stands to generate broader social impacts on pay equality, changing workplace policies in ways that benefit all workers.


Women need role models!!

The only way to address and overcome these barriers is to have more women in positions of leadership. Providing the support and role models women desperately need to advance in their careers.
