Inner Confidence Assessment – How confident are you?

Read the statements below and answer 1,2,3,4 or 5. Don’t think too long – just answer quickly and honestly.

1 = Usually
2 = Frequently
3 = Sometimes
4 = Occasionally
5 = Rarely
