Let’s make a little physical exercise.
- Stand up from your chair and raise your arms as high as you can. Think about how you are feeling at that moment.
- Then touch your feet and think again about how you feel at that moment.
- Go back to your chair.
When you raise your arms, you think of the infinite possibilities that are open to you, whereas when you touch your feet these possibilities are reduced.
