The story of Emese Csíki – founder of Sustainable Social Enterprise – organic agriculture and processing of local food – organic production and processing of medicinal plants, packing and distribution of herbal teas and spices. Emese had established their family business not only having in mind their families every day income and well-being, but she did think about the fact that the region they are situated is getting more and more need of offering something which can assure job opportunities to those who would like to leave the village.
